Maximize Leads from Your Next Home Improvement Show: Part Eight
If you have been following along with parts 1-7 of our blog series on maximizing your leads from your next home improvement show, you now have your website and CRM ready to receive all your new leads, and you have promoted your attendance at the event on social media. Now it’s time for the big day!
Here are some tips from the home show experts at TIC Digital Marketing that will ensure you collect as many leads as possible:
- Make it Easy to Grab Leads In-Person at the Event
Just like on your website, you should make it seamless and easy to collect information from potential customers in person at the event
If you’re using paper and pen, make sure to print out forms that are: :
- Easy to read and fill out
- Short
- Questions are short and specific (read part 5 of our blog series for advice about this)
If you’re using a tablet or digital form, make sure:
- You have multiple devices on-hand (depending on event traffic)
- Your devices are charged and ready to use
- Form questions are short and specific (again, refer to step 5)
Make sure that your business cards include your:
- Website’s URL
- Email Address
- Phone Number
For best results, consider creating a QR code that makes it easy for visitors to scan and jump directly to your event landing page.
With all the preparation you have done up to this point, you won’t have to be nervous at your next home improvement show. If you have followed our advice, your website and CRM will be set up to collect and enter leads automatically, so all you have to do is focus on engaging with potential customers and showing them why they should choose you for their next kitchen and bathroom remodeling project.
