Last month, we told you how you can get more leads as a kitchen and bathroom remodeler. Now that you know how to get those leads coming in, it’s time to get organized! If you’re not tracking your leads and keeping them organized, you could be missing out on big opportunities.
Compile Your Leads in One Place (Or as Few Places as Possible)
No matter how you choose to keep track of your leads, it pays to be consistent and to keep them all in one place.
You may want to consider using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. A CRM uses technology to manage your interactions with customers, providing you with data you can use to improve their experience and improve conversion rates.
With your CRM in place, you can store contact information, collect data, manage automated emails, and so much more – all from one centralized location.
Keep Track of Leads
Most importantly, you will want to keep track of everyone you have reached out to in the past; otherwise, the time and money you spent will have been wasted. Your CRM is a great way to do this.
If you have had consultations with any potential clients, store your notes and recordings from them. Finally, if you had a deal fall through, make a note of it; you may be able to revisit that client in the future and get some business from them.
Reach Out to Cold Leads
Sometimes, you simply will not be able to convert a lead on your schedule. If you have scheduled other jobs in the meantime, you can revisit those cold or cool leads by reaching out with an email or even a phone call. Don’t let your pipeline run dry – Always reach out to cold leads and see how they’re feeling about things now.
Outsourcing Your Lead Tracking and Organization
If this is your first time hearing about a CRM or lead tracking, you are not alone. Many kitchen and bathroom remodelers are unfamiliar with today’s digital marketing landscape, and that’s ok. Your clients hire you for your talent, not your marketing skills.
At TIC Digital Marketing, we can help you, no matter where you are located.
